Rates and Policies

Reservations may be made via email to esterbrookcabin@gmail.com or by calling 307-331-4347. We hope your stay exceeds your expectations. Please let us know if you have any problems we can assist you with. We offer our returning guests a discount on their next stay, so please let us know when you can return.

Rates for overnight stays at the RV site

• 2 night minimum, 10 night maximum
• $50/night for 2 – 3 nights
• $45/night for stays 4 – 10 nights
• $50 reservation fee refundable until 30 days before stay and can be applied to the 50% due 14 days before stay (nonrefundable unless someone else rents the RV site). Balance due on arrival.

Policies

• Check in time for overnight stays is 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM (Mountain time zone).
• Taxes are not included in the rates (state and local sales and lodging tax may apply).
• Parking is available for 3 vehicles and a trailer. If you need additional space, please discuss your needs with us prior to your arrival to ensure we have adequate room for your vehicles.
• No housekeeping services will interrupt your stay unless you request them. Linen changes and cleaning are offered for $100. Please allow 24 hours for housekeeping services to be scheduled.
• Absolutely NO indoor smoking. Any evidence of indoor smoking will be documented and the reserving credit card will be charged $250. Outdoor smoking is allowed with extreme caution.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 deposit per pet (up to 2). Any damage will be charged first to the deposit and then to the reserving credit card.
• Horse pasturing is available for $10/horse/day for up to 4 horses. Water tank is available. No hay or grain is provided.
• Ordinary wear is expected. However any cost to repair damages will be charged to the reserving credit card. Damages include missing items; burn marks; deep scratches; rips in linens, towels or furnishings; broken dishes or fixtures, stains requiring specific stain removal beyond general cleaning, or any other damage that requires a specific repair. The card will be charged the cost of the repair and an invoice will be provided.

Rates for overnight stays at the cabin (currently not available)

• 2 night minimum, 10 night maximum
• $200/night for 2 – 3 nights
• $180/night for stays 4 – 10 nights
• 10% discount for stays booked in conjunction with wedding photography services provided by Tagart Photography
• $100 reservation fee refundable until 30 days before stay and can be applied to the 50% due 14 days before stay (nonrefundable unless someone else rents the cabin). Balance due on arrival.

Rates for event preparation/single day rental of the cabin (currently not available)

• $50/hour (2 hour minimum) or day rate $250 (9am – 5 pm).
• No sleeping accommodations allowed.
• A housekeeping fee will be charged if cleaning beyond vacuuming of traffic areas is required.
• 10% discount for rentals booked in conjunction with wedding photography services provided by Tagart Photography
• Note: The day rate is higher than the rate for one night since a day rental prevents us from being able to book the night before and after the event.
